In a jury trial in federal court, PSD attorneys won a $10.5 million verdict for a telecommunications executive. The defendant, a publicly traded company, had entered into what it called a “napkin” acquisition agreement. The jury agreed with PSD lawyers that the writing constituted a binding contract.
In a AAA arbitration, successfully PSD employment lawyers represented a former executive of a high-profile technology company in a gender discrimination case.
In another matter, PSD won a motion to dismiss whistleblower’s claims in a False Claims Act case. The matter included wrongful termination and retaliation claims.
