- Counsel employers and executives on employment matters, including trade secret protection, violations of restrictive covenants and breach of fiduciary duty. Defeated multiple preliminary injunction motions in state and federal courts
- Obtained dismissal in federal court of civil securities fraud claims against private equity investors
- Successfully represented numerous commercial property owners in lease, transactional and landlord–tenant disputes
- Won expedited appeal before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court to allow live web-casting of judicial proceedings in Superior Court by an online media company
- Regularly represent parents in international child abduction (Hague Convention) cases in federal courts. Argued and won appeals before the First Circuit Court of Appeals
